Summary

Senior Agile Project Manager responsible for delivering and directing projects, collaborating with business leads and stakeholders. Manages stakeholder expectations, employee experience, and process solution design across multiple workstreams. Identifies and mitigates risks, facilitating decision-making within the business context. Manages the project lifecycle, facilitates Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives), and ensures all aspects of the project (scope, timelines, costs, etc.) are documented. Tracks progress using Agile metrics and tools (burndown charts, Jira, etc.). Ensures adequate team resources and staffing. Works with stakeholders at all levels, from middle management to executive leadership. Experience in compliance/regulatory reporting projects and Financial Services is preferred.
Must have:
  • 7+ years Project Management experience
  • 3+ years in compliance/regulatory projects
  • PMP/ITIL/PRINCE2/Agile certification
  • Agile & Waterfall project experience
  • Advanced MS Office & planning tools skills
Good to have:
  • Organizational Change Management experience
  • Financial Services experience
  • Fluency in other Languages

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the delivery of and providing direction within a project, working closely with the relevant business leads and wider set of stakeholders on a daily basis

Manages conflicts in stakeholder expectations, employee experience and good practice in process solution design across multiple workstreams.

Understands risks, business imperatives and business context when facilitating decision making impacted by the process re-design, create solution options and make recommendations.

Understands the project lifecycle and ensures all stages of the lifecycle are managed accordingly.

Facilitates agile ceremonies (including Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) in collaboration with technology delivery scrum masters.

Ensures scope, approach, solution design, timelines, costs, benefits and all other key aspects of the project are documented.

Facilitates progress tracking and visualisation of work using Agile metrics and tools e.g. burndown charts.

Ensures the project team is adequately resourced and staffed by an appropriate number of competent staff to support delivery of the strategy.

Works with various Stakeholders, mostly at the middle management level/ with operational focus and also with Senior Stakeholders at the Executive level.

Skills

Must have

7+ years' experience in Project Management; prefer experience within a large international, dynamic organisation.

3 + years of experience in compliance/regulatory reporting projects

Project Management accreditation

PMP/ITIL/PRINCE2/ Agile.

Experience with managing Agile and waterfall projects.

Experience in Organisational Change Management being an advantage.

Experience in working within Financial Services preferable.

Advanced MS Office Suite skills including SharePoint, MS Project skills.

Advanced skills in use of planning tools e.g. Clarity/ PlanView, Jira, Tableau, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Trello.
