Job Description

Senior 2D Artist (Generalist) responsible for the full art content creation cycle in a game development studio. This includes concept art for characters and locations, production tasks (avatars, ability icons, offers), highly detailed splash art, and illustrations for the community. The artist will maintain the overall visual style of the game, working within a fantasy setting. Responsibilities encompass creating concept art, detailed illustrations, character and faction designs, environmental elements, and game icons. A strong understanding of composition, color schemes, and human anatomy is essential. The role requires excellent collaboration skills and the ability to effectively incorporate feedback.

Must have:

3+ years experience as a 2D artist in a game studio
Excellent understanding of composition, color, and anatomy
Ability to create concepts and detailed illustrations
Work well with feedback, understand art pipelines
Fluent Russian

Good to have:

Basic 3D knowledge
Neural network experience
Interest in fantasy art

We are looking for a capable 2D artist to join our team. You will have to create concept art, detailed illustrations, character and faction designs, elements of the environment and game icons, and you will also work on the overall visual style of the game. If you love fantasy, know how to convey both mood and atmosphere in your works, and are ready to immerse yourself in creating an exciting world, we will be glad to see you on our team!

Heroes do battle on the remnants of an ancient magical world.

What will we trust you with

Full art content creation cycle: from concept art of characters and locations, through production tasks (avatars, ability icons, offers), to highly detailed splash art and illustrations for the community.
Maintaining the overall visual style of the game.

What do we expect from you?

Experience as a 2D artist in a game studio of at least 3 years.
Excellent understanding of composition, color schemes, human anatomy.
Ability to create interesting concepts and finalize complex illustrations.
Skills in working with feedback and understanding the art team pipeline.
Fluent Russian.

The following will be a plus:

Basic knowledge of working with 3D.
Ability to use neural networks in your work.
Interest in fantasy art style.
