About the Team The infrastructure team supports the company's fast growth by building and operating hyperscale datacenters, managing the life cycle of server fleet, providing cloud solutions, and developing various infrastructure services and making sure they are scalable and are reliable. Responsibilities - Develop and lead on-site security operations and vulnerability remediation efforts across our data centers and network PoPs environment. - Point of contact for security issues that occur on site, incident commander in event of an issue. - Subject matter expert for all security control and related process areas - Develop strategies for improving electronic surveillance and access control systems. - Analyze and oversight of scheduling and staffing requirements for area of responsibility. - Support program managers and facilitate security project deliverables; devise security strategies, achieve financial targets, improve the overall operational security.

Minimum Requirements - 3+ years experience in data center physical security or security operations - 3+ years experience with risk management, vulnerability assessments for data center - Excellent organizational direction, time management, problem-solving, prioritization, and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications - Works well under pressure and within time/budget constraints to solve problems and complete security deliverables. - Experience with Lenel and Avigilon systems is a plus - Working knowledge of Security Operation Center (SOC) development/management is a plus. - Working knowledge and/or certifications in: Genetec, AMAG, Software House, Hirsch, S2 and other ACS, VMS, IDS and CCTV system is a plus ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
