Job Description

The Tesla Advisor in Jeju, Korea, welcomes all showroom visitors, promotes the brand, and ensures a positive customer experience leading up to vehicle delivery. Responsibilities include managing potential customers, presenting Tesla products through various channels (in-person, phone, email, text), scheduling and conducting test drives, fostering sales and customer acquisition, handling vehicle delivery, and achieving sales and delivery targets. The role requires strong customer service, communication skills, and an understanding of the electric vehicle market. Teamwork and achieving KPIs are crucial. The position involves shift work, including weekends.

Must have:

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Understanding of electric vehicles
Sales and customer relationship management experience
Ability to work shifts (weekends included)
Valid driver's license

Good to have:

Experience in the automotive industry

대면, 유선, 메일, 문자를 통한 Tesla 제품소개
테슬라 운전 경험 제공을 위한 시승 예약 및 진행
체계적 고객관리를 통한 구매 고객 창출 및 판매 촉진
차량 출고를 위한 고객 관리 및 긍정적 고객 경험 제공
적극적인 팀워크를 통해 세일즈, 인도 타겟 및 KPI 달성
비즈니스 상황에 따른 업무 집행
