We work hard to make sure the platform is protected and able to provide the best experience for all of our users. Trust and Safetyチームは、プラットフォームに安心・安全をもたらすために設立されました。私たちは、プラットフォームが保護され、すべてのユーザーに最高の体験を提供できるように努めています。 Responsibilities / 業務内容 Please note that this position involves exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news. 1. Perform daily audit on internal system; 2. Provide analysis of errors and feedback to respective team; 3. Work with training team to align policy understanding of QA and labelers; 4. Provide support on Policy/Quality related questions on ad-hoc basis; 5. Responsible for guiding new joiners in order to achieve ramp up target; 6. Work closely with Safety Specialist in order to provide feedback on quality; 7. Identify potential errors in policy and correct them in time; 8. Qualifications / 応募条件 1. This role will be JP based 2. JP fluent / ENG proficient 3. Bachelor's degree or above 4. A minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst will be welcome but not limited 5. Strong attention to details and ability to work independently 6. Great communication skills 7.
