Job Description

SciPlay seeks a meticulous QA Engineer for a hands-on manual testing role. Responsibilities include ensuring the quality and reliability of live operations across mobile and web platforms. This involves collaborating with various teams to test campaigns, game features, and the game economy, utilizing NoSQL and SQL databases. The role requires monitoring the live game environment, performing regression testing, and ensuring UI consistency. Ideal candidates possess proven experience in manual QA testing in a live operations environment, proficiency in JSON and mobile/web testing, strong database skills (NoSQL and SQL), excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Position Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Full Hands-On Manual QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our live operations deliveries across mobile and web platforms. This role will involve collaborating closely with Product, Monetization, and Configurations teams to configure and test assets-based campaigns, game features, economy, and segmentation tasks while maintaining a stable live game environment.

Key Responsibility:

Perform thorough manual testing of mobile and web applications to ensure functionality, usability, and reliability.
Collaborate with Product, Monetization, and Configurations teams to understand testing requirements and priorities.
Configure and test assets-based campaigns, game features, economy, and segmentation tasks.
Work closely with NoSQL and SQL structured databases for testing purposes.
Monitor and maintain the stability of the live game environment, promptly addressing any issues that arise.
Perform routine testing tasks as required, including regression testing and bug verification.
Have a keen eye for detail, conducting UI and configuration tests to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester in a live operations environment.
Proficiency in JSON and experience with mobile and web testing methodologies.
Strong familiarity with NoSQL and SQL structured databases.
Experience in testing mobile and web applications across different platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Dependable and responsible, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Strong attention to detail, particularly in UI and configuration testing.
