Job Overview

As a Project Manager at AMG, you will play an integral role in the execution of the Brawl Stars esports partnership program within our Project Operations team. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in managing program logistics and supporting the successful delivery of Supercell's esports initiatives. 

The core responsibilities of this role include independently managing recurring statistical reports, addressing stakeholder concerns, and providing comprehensive support during the Brawl Stars esports circuit. You will own specific project components while collaborating closely with the Senior Project Manager to ensure alignment with broader program objectives.

This role requires working hours aligned with Central European Time (CET). Candidates should either be based in Europe or able to consistently work during core CET business hours (8:00-16:00 CET).

Responsibilities & Duties

• Own and coordinate specific project components for Supercell and the Brawl Stars esports partner teams
• Maintain detailed tracking systems for program metrics and deliverables
• Manage day-to-day project execution to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within established parameters
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and financial tracking for partner teams
• Monitor and report on project schedules, budgets, and scope, escalating potential issues to the relevant stakeholders
• Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders while managing regular communications
• Identify and implement process improvements within assigned project areas
• Support the Senior Project Manager in strategic planning and resource allocation
• Ensure quality control and consistency across all project deliverables
• Proactively identify and address potential risks within assigned project components

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Proven working experience as a project coordinator or manager in the gaming space, or esports event related experience
• REQUIRED: Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem and events, in particular, Brawl Stars and other Supercell titles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of the cloud-based G-Suite software
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• A team player with the ability to work independently when required
• Proactive mentality
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically while managing complex projects
