We are expanding our design team and have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Design Consultant, who will play a key role in shaping the design system and visual direction of our project. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining our pattern standards and design system, ensuring consistency across our UI components. In addition to delivering exceptional UI for the project, you will lead and mentor the local design team, guiding them to deliver high-quality, visually appealing, and user-focused designs. While UX isn't the primary focus, a strong understanding of user-centric design is essential to elevate the project.

Design System Leadership

Define and maintain the design system vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Be the voice for cutting edge design systems methods, educating the team of designers on what good is
Create and oversee design components, patterns, and documentation to ensure a cohesive user experience across all products

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate workshops and design reviews to promote best practices and innovation.
