Job Description

Are you passionate about Paid Social campaigns and want to manage the end-to-end process?

We are looking for a Paid Social Executive to do exactly that! In this role, you will manage the end-to-end process of creating, executing, optimising, and reporting on the performance of Paid Social campaigns across multiple brands and social platforms. You will focus on key performance indicators such as new customers, revenue, cost per acquisition, and cost per repeat deposit, ensuring each campaign meets its goals. Regular interaction with external partners will keep you on top of campaign delivery and performance while collaborating with our internal design teams will ensure that creative briefs are clear and assets are delivered on time with well-defined testing strategies.

Post-campaign, you will analyse and evaluate performance, always on the lookout for opportunities to improve processes and gain deeper insights. Working closely with our internal analytics team, you will ensure all activity is correctly tracked, tagged, and attributed. Your keen eye for cost control will help manage expenses, ensuring campaigns meet CPA and revenue targets. Staying abreast of industry developments in technology will keep our strategies cutting-edge and effective.

In collaboration with the Head of Paid Media, you will contribute to the development of Paid Social strategies for various brands across Rank Interactive. Qualifications

  • Demonstratable experience in social media advertising, across multiple platforms with a background in digital campaign management and optimisation
  • Desirable gaming industry experience but not essential
  • Proven ability to prioritise to meet deadlines and deliver performance KPIs
  • Demonstrate good numerical skills and commercial understanding
  • Good working experience in Excel
