As an Assistant Manager at Mecca, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the club's operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team. This includes attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel. You will be trained to perform all roles necessary to look after customers and the team. The ideal candidate is fun, adaptable, caring, and hardworking, committed to creating a welcoming and family-like atmosphere. The role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences in a cheeky, chatty environment.

Our Assistant Managers are trained to be able to perform all the roles necessary to look after our wonderful Mecca customers and team.
