As a Mecca Team Lead in Taunton, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences, supporting and motivating your team, managing shifts, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. You'll lead from the front, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and memorable. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, building strong team relationships, managing team schedules, and contributing to a fun and rewarding work environment.
