We're looking for a Marvel Rivals Coaching Content Creator!

Valor is an esports training platform bringing traditional sports coaching frameworks to middle and high schools across the U.S. and Australia, helping students improve their gameplay while developing an athlete mentality within their school esports program.

This would be a paid part-time (12+ hours per week) collaboration for the rest of 2025, focused on creating different types of content (videos, quizzes, etc) for our platform to help our students level up their Marvel Rivals skills. This role would require a minimum commitment of 12 hours work per week.

This year we're focused on delivering high quality learning content for our platform as quickly and consistently as possible. We have strong processes built around planning, recording, and editing content which aim to make things as quick and smooth as possible for our coaches. You don't need to know how to edit videos, we'll teach you that! But coaching experience is essential.
