Summary

As YouTube's Marketing Technology Manager, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing the next generation of its MarTech strategy. This role involves collaborating closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams (Product Management, UX, Engineering) to align tech solutions with business goals, design and implement the MarTech roadmap, and improve MarTech performance and processes. Responsibilities include owning cross-functional partnerships, developing dashboards and reports to track marketing impact, and supporting all of YouTube's critical marketing priorities, from Brand to Product Growth. You'll gain exposure to every YouTube product and engage with all marketing channels.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years Marketing Technology experience
  • Cross-functional global team experience
  • Marketing automation platform proficiency
  • CRM, analytics, and data visualization tool expertise
  • Process improvement and project management skills
Good to have:
  • Experience working with Product, Engineering, and UX teams
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in Marketing Technology, Product, or related work at a technology company.
  • Experience working in cross-functional global teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience developing relationships and working collaboratively with multiple cross-functional partners, including product, engineering and user experience.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau).
  • Excellent track record of identifying and implementing scalable process improvements.
  • Excellent process and project management skills with the ability to set goals and systematically prioritize initiatives.

About the job

In this role, you will help develop the next generation of YouTube’s MarTech strategy and support all of YouTube’s critical marketing priorities spanning from Brand to Product Growth. You will partner closely with other Marketing and cross-functional teams (Product Management, UX, Engineering) to deliver on that MarTech strategy, roadmap, and execution. Through this role, you will get exposure to every YouTube product and engage in the YouTube Marketing channels.
