Position Overview:


This position is for ITC Foods Business Division, Bangalore.


.We are actively looking for a proficient and seasoned Adobe Tech Lead to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this pivotal role as an AEM Tech Lead, you will be at the forefront of shaping and maintaining our Digital Assets including various Brand websites, content & community blog / content creation sites, with a primary focus on enhancing its efficiency, scalability, and overall triumph. Your wealth of expertise will be indispensable as you lead and mentor our development team, all while spearheading innovation within our digital solution


Key Responsibilities:


1. Design and develop solutions for highly scalable, highly available systems, providing architecture services for integrated and high-performing AEM solutions.


2. Create cross-platform architectures across Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, Target, Analytics, Campaign, and CDP.


3. Collaborate with ecommerce architects to architect headless commerce solutions, primarily with Magento.


4. Design and architect AEM solutions that align with client needs, industry best practices, and scalability considerations.


5. Configure and customize Adobe Experience Manager to meet client-specific requirements, including templates, components, workflows, and integrations


6. Responsible for creating and integrating solutions using Adobe Marketing Cloud, translating complex requirements into architectural designs.


7. Integrate AEM with other systems such as customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.


8. Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure AEM solutions meet functionality, performance, and security requirements.


9. Participate in client meetings and interactions to explain the solution approach, providing oversight, planning, and technical guidance to ensure successful AEM-based project delivery.


10. Participate in the design, development, and deployment implementation of projects using the Adobe Suite.


11. Consolidate tech platforms across various brand websites etc to AdobeAEM


12. Establish and implement best practices for using the Adobe platform, ensuring that projects meet quality standards through code and design reviews.


13. Define new architectures and lead independent projects from an architectural standpoint.


14. Ensuring management of SEO, performance of site & ensuring web vitals are monitored.


15. Partnering with business for management of various websites related work areas


Experience:


1. Strong Web Content Management experience with Adobe AEM/CQ5, including implementation of 2+ full-cycle AEM projects.


2. Adobe Experience Manager certifications or relevant certifications in web content management or related fields are a plus.


3. Must have worked on AEM 6.2 or newer versions.


4. Solid experience with CQ5 building blocks, including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, and bundles.


5. Good knowledge of rolling out sites using Multi-Site Manager(MSM).


6. Should be AEM certified sites developer.


7. Develop AEM templates and components using current AEM software releases.


8. Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.


9. Experience with Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework, and Apache Felix OSGi framework (R6/R7).


10. Familiarity with Sightly, Sling Models, touch UI libraries, Adobe core components, Continuous Integration (Cloud Manager), and integration experience with other systems.


11. Work with project managers to ensure project deliverables are on time and of high quality.


12. Collaborate effectively with other teams, including QA, UX, etc.


13. Assist in deploying applications to Dev, QA, and Production environments.


14. Experience integrating Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with AEM.


15. Nice-to-have experience with other CMS platforms and AEM integration with commerce systems (Adobe Magento).


16. Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE.


17. Overall approx. 5-8 years work experience.
