The Marketing Project Manager assumes a pivotal role in spearheading the logistical orchestration for Marketing with a focus on Trek retail initiatives. In this multifaceted role, this individual ensures the alignment and progress of various cross-functional teams, maintains, and enhances project timelines within our project management software, manages project scope, and consistently delivers projects requirements with punctuality.

Position Requirements:
Minimum of Three Years of Project Management Experience: The candidate should have at minimum three years of experience in managing projects.
Experience Leading Cross-Functional Project Teams: This role involves leading medium to large cross-functional project teams.
Ability to Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously: This role requires the ability to effectively manage several projects at the same time.
Effective Communication Skills: The candidate should be able to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, including upper-level management.
Independence: The ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and make decisions autonomously when necessary.
Comfort with a Fast-Paced Environment: Project management can be fast-paced, so the candidate should be comfortable working in such an environment. This might involve managing tight deadlines and adapting to changes quickly.
Understanding of Creative Development: A comprehensive understanding of the creative development process is required, including concept development, production, and knowledge of video and digital marketing.
Experience with Workfront (Optional): While not mandatory, experience with Workfront is considered a plus.
Travel Requirement: The candidate should be willing and able to travel to Trek HQ, which is specified as 10% of the time.
Remote position: Must be available to work in Central Standard Time (CST).
Salary Range: $75,000-90,000/annually
