Onward Search needs a CRM specialist for a global travel company.
You’ll join the marketing team to support B2C commerce communication. These emails will reach millions of customers each week.
This is a 1 year contract opportunity with potential to extend, and fully remote in the US.

As a CRM specialist you’ll:
- Create and execute 2-4 digital B2C campaigns per week via email and app pushes
- Utilize strong project management skills to stick to tight deadlines and delivery schedules
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficiency within campaign launches
- Navigate marketing automation programs to create targeted audiences, templates, and more
- Support translation needs, as these communications are sent in multiple languages
- Support the QA process for all assets
Skills & Experience needed:
- 2+ years experience working in email campaign production
- Basic working knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Understanding of data analysis as it related to email marketing campaigns
- Experience in customer engagement platforms (ideally Braze, but others could work as well - such as AEM, Iterable, Constant Contact, etc)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, etc)
