Campaign Manager

Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Campaign Manager to join their team. This role is an integral part of the Project and Campaign Delivery (PCD) team, which is responsible for managing marketing campaigns that engage both prospective and existing customers. This position is housed within the Chief Administrative Office organization of Card Services, a key sector within our client's Consumer & Community Banking group.
The position is located in Wilmington, DE, requires onsite presence 5 days a week, and is a 1-year contract.

As a Campaign Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing multiple campaigns of varying complexity across all delivery channels, including email, direct mail, and digital platforms
• Collaborating with a diverse range of cross-functional stakeholders and business areas to coordinate the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns
• Managing the requirements, timelines, deliverables, and approvals for campaign documentation

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing execution, project coordination, or a similar role
• Strong leadership, communication, team facilitation, and organizational skills
• The ability to work cross-functionally while motivating, influencing, and leading others
• Experience in a regulated industry with an understanding of the risks and controls functions and their impacts on marketing campaign management
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining campaign documents
• An understanding of core marketing channels: Digital, Email, Direct Mail
• Proficiency in PowerPoint

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
