- 5-10 years of cloud deployment or product leadership experience
- 2+ years in a DevOps management role
- Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Argo, and Kubernetes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical details effectively
- Self-motivated and committed to achieving project goals
- Experience acting as a scrum master
- Experience with development and operational tools
- Experience with Source Control (Git)
- Experience with Declarative Configuration (Puppet, etc)
- Experience with Infrastructure Management (Terraform)
- Experience with Ping Identity or other IAM software stacks

Ping Identity is looking for a talented DevOps Manager to join our PingOne Advanced Services team. We provide Ping dedicated cloud tenants using Ping IAM software in a secure, efficient, data-isolated, and compliant manner for large enterprises. As the DevOps Manager, you will lead a team of DevOps engineers in our Bangalore office, overseeing the delivery and maintenance of services to our customers with a focus on quality and efficiency. This team works alongside a global set of teams to support and enhance our cloud based offerings that are the backbone of many Fortune 100 companies.
