The AI for Science team has been focusing on tackling challenges in natural sciences, including biology, physics, and materials, with computational tools such as Machine Learning, Computational Chemistry, High-throughput Computation. Our goal is to create breakthroughs in natural science with new methodology and help the world. We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Scientist with strong computational biology expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have robust coding abilities and extensive experience in machine learning methodologies. This role involves modeling biological complexes using both data-driven and physics-driven approaches to drive innovation in our research and development efforts.

Minimum Qualifications: - Educational Background: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Physics, or a related field. - Machine Learning Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks and tools, particularly in generative models, graph neural networks, and reinforcement learning. - Domain Knowledge: Extensive experience in modeling biological complexes, including proteins, molecules, and DNA/RNA structures and sequences. - Publication Record: Proven track record of publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed scientific journals. - Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a talent for independent research and innovation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Communication Skills: Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
