Job Description & Summary

A career in our Corporate Law practice, within Legal Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients adopt a more strategic approach to global entity governance across their organisations. We help our clients and their legal entities with the incorporation of new companies, on going compliance with local legislation, and restructuring of their global businesses to manage governance and compliance risks.

Our team possess extensive knowledge of local and national corporate law. You’ll help our clients with a range of legal services including provision of support in choosing the type of company, drafting of corporate documents, contracts and the necessary assistance in the performance thereof, setting up companies, structuring capital, restructuring corporate governance, implementing changes to the legal structure, setting up joint ventures, and managing tax and real estate issues.

Your impact:

• Act as a senior legal consultant for our national and international clients on matters of business law (such as Company Law, Contract Law, M&A), data protection and employment law as part of PwC’s business law practice in the Romandie.
• Work with the other members of the team and with specialists from other disciplines (such as tax, consulting, audit).
• Work as a generalist on a wide range of topics and with the possibility to specialize in specific topics.
• Provide clear, pragmatic and relevant legal advice to internal and external clients.
• Work in a diverse, international environment covering multiple service areas and industries individually as well as in your team

Your skill set:

• A Swiss University Degree in Law and you are a Swiss qualified Attorney-at-Law.
• Previous experience in business law and ideally in consulting.
• Ambitious and dynamic, you have a positive mindset, and you are a good team player.
• Native French speaker and you are fluent in English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
• Understand the legal aspects of the challenges that national and international companies face.
• Consulting and team-oriented mindset and take on responsibility for your projects.
