PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
1. Must have been in a role leading Employee Central track for large multi-country implementation for international or domestic customer
2. Must have good knowledge and hands-on experience of Employee Central all functionalities - Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Employee Life Cycle Events, Time Off, and Benefits.
3. Create an absence time type and a time account type.
4. Enable the assignment of time off master data to employees
5. Must have independently led the design workshops for customer
6. Must have an understanding of leading practices and industry best practices
7. Must have a good understanding of platform- level integration of other modules with Employee Central.
8. Consider regional laws and regulations when implementing Time Off for a specific location
9. Must have an understanding of the end employee life cycle on the SF platform
10. Must know integration capabilities of Employee Central with S4H, 3 rd Party Payroll and other systems
11. Must have a good understanding of Data Migration approach/strategy for Employee Central
