Responsibilities:

Technical Business Analyst (SQL, CRM – BSA)

Location: [Bangalore, Delhi]

Position Summary

The Technical Business Analyst will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role requires advanced expertise in the finance domain along with basic Business Analyst (BSA) skills. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Skilled in data profiling and analysing large datasets. Strong capabilities in data visualization using tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI. Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
• Data Warehousing & ETL/Data Engg: Experience in designing and implementing data warehousing solutions. Proficient in ETL processes and tools. Strong knowledge of data modelling and database management, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
• CRM Systems: Intermediate knowledge of sales processes and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. Experience in data migration and ensuring data integrity within CRM systems.
• Finance Reporting (Good To have): Knowledgeable in financial systems, particularly SAP ECC is a Plus
• Customer Journey Analytics (Good To have): Providing insights to optimize customer engagement and retention.
