Job Description & Summary: A career within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage SAP technology to enhance their customer experiences

Responsibilities:

• Support in compliance matters - Creation/ Updation of Save It workspaces, Signing of the ELs, Mandatory Advisory trainings, Creation of P+ codes
• Monitor adequacy of the time recorded by EP/QRP
• Monitor High Risk Engagements; Engagements where issues/challenges have been identified e.g. TPMs
• Creation of action plan to drive the Quality agenda
• Conduct activities like periodic communications
• Address R&Q Matters in team webcasts/meetings
• Assist in timely completion of reviews
• Assess the various deficiencies identified in the reviews and take follow up actions as necessary
• Provide support in Strengthening the quality framework
• Provide support in continuous improvement and innovation
• Monthly Status reporting to leadership
• Support in exception reporting
