Job Description

This HR Specialist role within Luxoft's TAM SSC supports HR processes across various international locations. Responsibilities include implementing HR services, managing employee onboarding, transfers, vacations, sick leave, and terminations. The position requires proficiency in handling employee files within internal systems and using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations in different regions, providing comprehensive support to employees, and working closely with other HR professionals within a large multinational company. The role is remote and based in Serbia and requires strong communication, organizational, and task management skills.

  • 1+ years HR experience
  • Fluent English
  • Upper-Intermediate German
  • MS Excel proficiency

Project description

The position is opened in TAM SSC (Talent Acquisition and Management Shared Services Center) - an international organization, which is responsible for supporting HR and administration processes for different countries within LUXOFT.
Our team: SCC Team consists of ~40 members in different locations in Ukraine, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Poland and India.
Technologies used: MS Excel as the main tool, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Luxoft Internal Systems.

Responsibilities

Qualified HR services implementation for employees in different regions (countries) of Luxoft and DXC Technology company presence.

Support, organization, and performing of different types of HR personnel processing in foreign company's locations (onboarding, transfers, vacations, sick leaves, terminations)

(there is specially prepared good supervision program for newly hired employees to teach and help them to cope with subtle details of international personnel processing).

Employees' files handling in internal informational systems.

Skills

Must have

Graduate with work experience in HR area more than 1 year.

Fluent English (written/spoken).

Upper-Intermediate German (written/spoken).

Knowledge of MS Excel, experience in preparation of presentations in MS PowerPoint as well as working knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Word.

Proactive, well-organized, and result-oriented person.

Mature personality, excellent communication, and organization skills.

Readiness to work overtime if needed.

Strong task management.

Nice to have

Work experience in a large multinational company.
