Job Description

Luxoft is seeking an HR Assistant to join their friendly and active HR team. This role focuses on improving staff efficiency and employee motivation. Responsibilities include cooperation with the personnel department to ensure coordination of work processes and document management. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar office role, possess strong computer skills (Microsoft Office), and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. A labor loss report approved by İŞKUR (at least 40%) and the ability to work with a disabled status are required.

Must have:

İŞKUR approved labor loss report (40% min)
Ability to work with disabled status
High school degree minimum
Prior office experience in similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Strong human relations skills
Problem-solving abilities

Good to have:

English language skills
