Job Description

As Test associate I, at JPMorgan Chase, we are looking for a tester to join the organization and play an integral role in transformational Global initiatives providing test services required for accelerating change program delivery. This role will work in partnership with project managers, technology and testing teams to define, design and build test deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

  • As an AI Model Tester Analyzing and validating AI model performance, accuracy, and reliability by designing and executing test cases, analyzing results, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Communicates with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates.
  • Contributes to formulation of strategies for project leadership and other functional areas.
  • Involved in the definition of metrics, KPI and analysis to assist the team in making data-driven decisions.
  • Validation and presentation of Test Results for internal Sign-off
  • Ability to work with the minimum of supervision on day-to-day activities.
  • Strong organizational skills – ability to dynamically manage and oversee critical testing tasks accurately and to tight deadlines.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Product and Technology groups and ensure that UAT team priorities and needs are communicated effectively especially relating to Code Releases and Test environments.
  • Responsibility for the provision of accurate testing estimates.

Required Qualification, Skills And Capabilities

  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, and communication skills (Required)
  • Understanding of statistical performance measures (required).
  • Able to write python scripts to trigger tests and analyze data.
  • Experience with Image editing software like Adobe Photoshop (would be a plus)
  • Experienced in making presentations that convey results of tests.
  • Experienced using PowerBI, Excel, Jupyter to produce plots (would be a plus).
  • Experience in using of Cucumber / Gherkin or similar tool (would be a plus).
  • Experience in developing testing methodology (Required).
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Tools (Required)
  • Functional knowledge of Client Onboarding (KYC, Document Mngt) (would be a plus)
  • Project / Agile methodology qualification (preferred not required).
