Job Description

The Head – Brand Solutions will lead a team of 3-4 resources, overseeing the creative process from concept to execution. Key responsibilities include creative ideation and proposal development for clients (corporate brands, government institutions, etc.), ensuring seamless campaign execution, and collaborating with various teams (Content, Video, Tech, AdOps). This role demands market research, competitive analysis, and the creation of marketing materials. The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of experience in digital media, strong team management skills, and exceptional communication abilities. They will be responsible for developing innovative solutions, preparing compelling proposals, and delivering successful campaigns that exceed client expectations, while maintaining profitability.

We at Sportskeeda are currently hiring for the Head – Brand Solutions role. The incumbent will manage a team of 3-4 resources and lead the Brand Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities:

We’re seeking a visionary and experienced Brand Solutions expert who can oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring our brand's visual and strategic messaging aligns with our goals. This role combines creative expertise with leadership skills to deliver impactful and innovative creative solutions.

1) Creative Ideation and proposal development :

Working closely with the sales team for proposal ideation for clients
Creating innovative, feasible solutions for Sportskeeda's clients, which could be corporate brands, government institutions, federations, international clients/sports bodies
Preparing top-of-the-class proposal presentations for generic media decks, sponsorships, customized proposals
Interacting with clients either directly or with sales team members

2) Execution and Delivery:

Preparation of execution plan post-deal closure
Ensuring complete execution of the campaign in the most seamless manner possible while maintaining profitability
Coordinating closely with Content, Video, Tech, AdOps, and other teams to ensure successful execution exceeding client expectations
Sharing timely reports, invoices, and follow-ups with clients/agencies
Seeking quantifiable feedback from client/agency around execution

3) Strategic Tasks :

Regular Market research and intelligence on which clients to pitch for which events based on Sportskeeda's properties
Staying up-to-date with all market developments via daily research to identify news break-out, which sports events are happening, and which brands are being associated with them, their players, and otherwise.
Build and maintain and update a database where each region gets to know which brand to target/reach out for which new tournament as early as possible
Competition analysis: To find out which new display/content formats/ideas are being done by other websites (competition and otherwise) for brands we may pitch to our clients. Maintain a repository of the same with samples for the rest of the team.
Ideating and preparing marketing material around relevant tournaments/events via articles. Infographics etc

Requirements

7+ years of experience working with multiple brands in the digital media industry
Experience in managing teams and working with multiple teams in the organization
Exemplary communication and presentation skills
