About your role

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to join our Community team. This role will involve creating engaging creatives to drive user engagement and retention across all our projects.

What you’ll be doing 

• Creation of graphic materials;
• Development of creatives for advertising;
• Preparation of designs for various platforms (social media, websites);
• Making adjustments based on feedback (list of corrections, overpaint);
• Analysis and Research:
• Studying and analyzing competitors' creatives;
• Tracking design trends and technologies in the gaming market;
• Proposing new solutions and ideas to improve visual materials.

We hope that you have 

• Experience in game development;
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop;
• Ability to propose original compositional solutions;
• Skill in integrating objects into their environment and lighting, working with light and shadow, and reflections;
• Ability to make revisions based on detailed feedback (list of corrections/overpaint);
• Strong planning and time management skills;
• Ability to analyze competitors' creatives and current design trends in the gaming market;
• Eagerness to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in design;
• Proficiency in using AI tools for preparing graphic creatives;
• Experience in preparing animated creatives is a plus.
