We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Project Manager to join our team in Lviv!

About the job:
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of our game development projects from concept to launch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including game designers, artists, developers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality slot games that exceed our clients' expectations. Join our innovative and fast-paced environment, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of slot games and contribute to the success of our growing company.

What You'll get to do:

Project Planning and Execution: 

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. 
• Lead and manage the project team, providing guidance, support, and motivation throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. 
• Coordinate with internal departments to allocate necessary resources, ensuring smooth project flow.
  
  Cross-functional Collaboration: 
  
• Foster effective communication and collaboration between various teams, such as game designers, artists, developers, and QA professionals, to ensure project requirements are met. 
• Facilitate regular meetings, reviews, and status updates to keep all stakeholders informed about project progress. 
• Promote a positive team environment, encourage creative problem-solving, and resolve conflicts as they arise. 
• Conduct regular reviews of project deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  
  Continuous Improvement: 
  
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in the slot games development space, providing recommendations for process improvements and innovation. 
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and implement best practices for future projects. 
• Drive the adoption of project management methodologies and tools to enhance project efficiency and productivity.

What You need to know:

• English proficiency. 
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Game Development, Project Management) or equivalent work experience. 
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the gaming industry, specifically in slot games development. 
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. 
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. 
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients. 
• Detail-oriented mindset and a focus on delivering high-quality results. 
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines. 
• Proficiency in project management software and tools. 
• Passion for the gaming industry and a solid understanding of slot games.
  
  Here's what we offer:

• Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
