We are looking for a passionate Gameplay Engineer who is excited to explore new game mechanics for our forthcoming AAA title. This Gameplay Engineer will work side-by-side with designers and provide creative input to craft fun gameplay experiences. In this role, you will prototype, build and maintain a variety of gameplay systems to support unique, outstanding gameplay. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Collaborate with engineers and other departments to provide holistic solutions with an emphasis on achieving GOTY. 
  • Implement and maintain production quality C/C++ for features, tools, and workflows to build related systems. 
  • Write and maintain relevant documentation. 
  • Provide regular communication updates and coordinate with production regarding scheduling and priorities. 

Requirements & Skills:  

  • Experience with C++. 
  • (Bonus) Strong math skills. 
  • (Bonus) Unreal Engine experience. 

Qualities:  

  • Work independently with minimal direction. 
  • Ability to communicate clearly visually, verbally and written. 

TNM considers a number of factors when determining each role's base pay range, including industry benchmarks, location, experience, and other job specific skills. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for other incentive compensation including equity and profit share. The estimated base pay range for this role is U.S. only and not applicable for locations outside of the U.S.

The estimated base pay range for this role is: $120,000 - $150,000
