Summary

Zscaler seeks a Financial Analyst for its FP&A Corporate team. Responsibilities include driving quarter/month-end close activities (expense accruals, reporting, deck creation), performing monthly & quarterly forecasting, analyzing financial data for insights and automation opportunities, conducting P&L analysis and presentations, and collaborating on annual planning. The ideal candidate possesses a CA/MBA in Finance or a related field, proficiency in visualization tools (Excel, PowerPoint), and strong analytical skills. Flexibility to work US hours during peak reporting periods is preferred. The role involves supporting and scaling the company's financial operations within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

We're looking for a Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our FP&A Corporate team. Reporting to the Senior Manager - FP&A, you'll be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

  • Drive quarter/month-end close activities, including expense accruals, management reporting, and business deck creation.
  • Perform monthly & quarterly forecasting for business functions and key metrics.
  • Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for decision-making and identify automation opportunities.
  • Conduct P&L analysis, present financial performance, and summarize data for management presentations.
  • Collaborate on annual planning, setting realistic targets with business leaders to ensure financial health.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • CA/MBA in Finance, business analytics or an equivalent degree
  • Proficient in visualization tools, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentation.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Flexibility to work U.S. time during the peak days of the quarterly/monthly reporting process.
  • Internship/ Articleship experience preferably in a corporate environment.
