Job Description
Tesla is seeking a Field Service Technician in Aarhus, Denmark to support its Energy and Charging Field Service team. Responsibilities include on-site installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of energy storage and Supercharger networks in Aarhus and other locations (as needed). Troubleshooting, root-cause analysis (both remote and on-site), stakeholder management, and preventing recurring issues are key aspects of the role. The ideal candidate will possess experience in electrical engineering, low- and medium-voltage systems (high-voltage experience is a plus), and a passion for renewable energy. Excellent communication, independent work ethic, flexibility for travel, and fluency in Danish and English are essential.

What to ExpectWhat You’ll Bring
As a Field Service Technician in our Energy and Charging Field Service team, you will play a vital role in making sure both our Renewable Energy Storage products and our Superchargers are operating at their best. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be travelling to sites and perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and repairs along with commissioning activities across various locations within Denmark. What You’ll Do- Perform all on-site technical activities: related to the installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance of our Energy storage and Supercharging network in Aarhus and abroad when needed
- Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis, both remotely and on-site
- Stakeholder managment: act as the first point of contact to contractors
- Prevent recurring issues and provide feedback to the engineering teams
- Organizational tasks, like preparing, organizing, and planning your own technical activities
- Experience as a technician in the electrical engineering field
- Experience with Low- and Medium Voltage electrical systems, High Voltage is a plus
- A passion for renewable energy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently, motivated and a proactive attitude
- Flexible towards travelling
- Fluency in Danish and a good command of English
- An EU passport or work permit is needed for this position
