We're looking for an experienced Director of Sales Development to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the VP, Sales Development, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leadership and Coaching: Empowering your team by mentoring Sales Development Managers and Representatives.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with APJ sales leadership to align SDR activities with the business objectives of the sales team
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the APJ marketing leader (dotted-line reporting) to drive integrated campaigns and initiatives that boost lead generation and conversion
  • Performance Management: Establish, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
  • Sales Development Strategy: Develop region-specific sales development strategies, considering cultural nuances, market demands, and competitive landscapes across APJ to drive meaningful pipeline growth.
  • You will be responsible for Operational Excellence, Training and Development, Reporting and Analytics.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales development, business development, or related roles, with at least 3-5 years as a second-line leader, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of building and leading SDR teams across the APJ region, understanding local markets, cultures, and sales dynamics.
  • Strong commitment to servant leadership, focusing on team development, collaboration, and supporting cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a focus on operational rigor and consistent execution.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience working closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment between SDR and marketing efforts, with a focus on driving lead generation and pipeline creation.
