Job Description

The Digital Solution Specialist, Enterprise Support role at Microsoft focuses on driving and closing Microsoft Enterprise Support opportunities. Responsibilities include acting as a thought leader in digital transformation, advising customers on business functions, facilitating robust deployment, and creating business value. This involves sales execution, scaling collaboration by aligning internal stakeholders, leveraging partnerships, and demonstrating technical expertise as a subject matter expert. The role demands managing end-to-end sales and delivery, conducting forecasting, and developing a territory plan to drive intentional selling and maintain client satisfaction. The specialist will leverage Microsoft's unique expertise and direct access to product teams to help customers maximize their Microsoft investments. Fluency in Danish is required.

Digital Enterprise Sales, part of Microsoft's Global Enterprise Sales organization, empowers our customers through the unique value of the Microsoft Cloud by building a globally led, digital-first scale organization aligned with partners. As part of our local subsidiaries or Digital Sales centers around the world, you will engage a dedicated set of enterprise customers to identify and achieve their business objectives through best-in-class digital engagement and partner co-selling. As part of our transformation, one of our key areas of focus is the modernization of our sales motions. The Digital Sales organization is an organization with a charter to accelerate Microsoft’s growth in its cloud-first, mobile-first businesses along with the traditional businesses.

 

The focus of the Digital Sales Enterprise Specialist’s role is to drive and close Microsoft Enterprise Support opportunities to ensure customers are supported throughout all stages of the product lifecycle, improving their health and enabling customer outcomes and consumption. The Digital Sales Enterprise Specialist leverages Microsoft’s unique expertise, including direct access to product teams, to help customers use their Microsoft investments as productively as possible.

Digital Enterprise Unified Enterprise is designed to help customers get the most value out of their Microsoft technology investment, providing organization-wide support coverage with a mix of foundational support, Proactive Services, and Enhanced Solutions.​ Unified is the key to accelerating customer value realization from investments made in the Microsoft Cloud. When customers realize value from their technology investments, they will continue to choose Microsoft.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Danish is a must. 
  • Demonstarted experience in technology-related sales or account management experience
    o Or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND demonstrated years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
    o OR equivalent experience

 

 

Responsibilities

• Sales Execution – Acts as a thought leader across solution areas to advise customers across business functions on digital transformation, drive robust deployment and create business value for customers by Identifying and facilitating removal of blockers to consumption by partnering with internal and external stakeholders
• Scaling & Collaboration – Leads the sales orchestration to proactively drive deal closure by identifying and aligning internal stakeholders as well as leveraging and expanding relationships with partners
• Technical Expertise – Leverages and shares competitor knowledge across solution areas as a subject matter expert to inform decisions on pursuit or withdrawal
• Sales Excellence –Manages the end-to-end sales and delivery success of the assigned territory; conducts forecasting for accounts and develops a portfolio and territory plan to drive intentional selling aligned with strategic priorities aimed at maintaining levels of client satisfaction
