Data Analyst

What You'll Do

· Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather and compile data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This foundational step is essential for subsequent analysis and reporting.

· Data Analysis and Interpretation: Perform descriptive and predictive analyses to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decision-making. This includes using statistical methods to interpret data sets.

· Visualization and Reporting: Design and develop data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders, utilizing tools like Power BI and Tableau.

· Collaboration and Solution Development: Work with various departments to identify data needs and develop tailored solutions that address specific business challenges.

· Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends and opportunities related to Land-based Gaming, ensuring that our analytics strategies remain cutting-edge.

What We're Looking For

· Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Experience with data pipeline and model creation /finetuning is a plus.

· Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

· Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated ability to approach complex problems methodically and develop innovative solutions.
