About The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. Responsibilities: - Familiar with the theory and practice of risk control system products in the credit field, responsible for communicating and organizing relevant requirements with departments such as risk strategy, model algorithm, and anti-fraud. - Conducting research, design, and evaluation of credit risk control products, and applying them to risk control strategies. - Responsible for the architecture design and functional construction of risk control product system (decision engine, risk control variable platform, etc.), establish and improve the existing risk control mechanism and system, and promote the optimization and iteration of risk control system functions. - Problem handling, positioning analysis and tracking of risk control products, and cooperation with roles such as development, testing, and PMO to solve problems in the product development process and ensure the smooth landing of the product.

Minimum Qualifications: - In-depth understanding of credit risk control business and process, familiar with the overall implementation process of credit risk control products, including demand analysis, program design, project management, etc - Strong logical thinking and communication skills, strong execution and learning ability Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, statistics, finance or related majors is preferred - 5+ years of relevant work experience in product management, familiar with risk management in areas such as BNPL, Cash Loan, and Supply chain finance etc. - Experience in planning risk control platforms for banks, consumer finance companies, or well-known domestic and foreign internet finance companies are preferred. - Having a technical background and understanding the basic backend technical framework would be an added advantage - Experience in planning of risk control platform requirements and processes, including but not limited to decision management systems, credit review systems, data management platforms, model platforms, anti-fraud systems, etc. ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
