Job Description

As a Conversational AI Consultant, you will work directly with Google Cloud’s most strategic customers on projects transforming businesses. You'll design virtual agent solutions enabling digital transformation, build conversational interfaces, co-develop solutions with Google partners, and collaborate with Google's Cloud AI Development teams. Responsibilities include leading virtual agent development engagements, designing engaging conversational interfaces, working with internal specialists to create best practices, interacting with sales teams and stakeholders to manage projects, and traveling approximately 30% for client engagements. The role requires experience building chatbots/voicebots, working with customers and technical leads, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent
7+ years experience in computational linguistics or software development
Experience building chatbots/voicebots
Customer, executive, and technical lead experience
Lead virtual agent development engagements
Design engaging conversational interfaces

Good to have:

Experience with Dialogflow
Experience building cloud-based conversational AI solutions
Leadership and influencing skills in AI/ML
Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and problem-solving skills

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in computational linguistics or software development.

Preferred qualifications:

Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

For US Candidates: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $171,000-$257,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Lead virtual agent development engagements with strategic Google Cloud partners and customers, including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and addressing deployment needs.
Design engaging conversational interfaces for Conversational AI (CCAI).
Work with internal specialists, and Product and Software Development teams to package approaches, best practices, and lessons learned into thought leadership, methodologies, and published assets.
Interact with Sales teams, partners, and customer technical stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks and issues, and timelines for successful client outcomes.
Travel approximately 30% of the time for client engagements.
