Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), computer vision (CV), and natural language processing (NLP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing ML/DL models to solve complex problems and drive innovation in our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement ML/DL Models: Design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various applications in computer vision and natural language processing.
  • Research and Development: Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML, DL, CV, and NLP. Implement cutting-edge techniques to solve challenging problems.
  • Data Analysis: Perform data collection, pre-processing, and analysis to prepare datasets for training and testing models.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize and tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document methodologies, processes, and results. Communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field with at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field with at least 2 year of relevant work experience.
  • Research degree (MS by Research) or Ph.D. in a related field.

Technical Skills

  • Solid programming skills in Python.
  • Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
  • Strong proficiency in machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar.
  • Knowledge of popular machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Deep understanding of deep learning architectures such as CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, transformers, and multi-modal models like CLIP and BLIP.
  • Experience with image classification, object detection, recognition, generative models, Visual Question Answering (VQA) models, and image captioning.
  • Familiarity with basic image processing and text processing techniques.
  • Proficiency in natural language processing techniques and libraries such as SpaCy, BERT, Transformers, or similar.

Additional Skills

  • Familiarity with Linux environments and using AWS EC2 for developing and deploying models.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
