Our Team CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for viral content enhancement. Improve overall content quality on the platform. Develop content standards which focus on higher editing skills to drive virality and overall content consumption. 2. Analyze user needs by deep diving into high consumption content and user portraits. Explore content growth points, and combine with commercial opportunities, output diverse and high-quality content which can drive growth and revenue at the same time. 3. Follow up data insight and collaborate with business and local content teams to improve local content understanding and continuously improve the content strategy.

Minimum Qualifications: - Have a deep understanding of short video trends, local and global. - Experienced in doing content analysis and ability to give judgment regarding content potentials. - Familiar with the digital content eco-system and data analytics. - Fluency in English, both verbal and written. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree from any major. - 3+ years of working in the digital content industry. Experience of short video platform industry is preferred. - Strong project management skills and problem solving abilities. - Experience working in an online collaboration environment.
