Onward Search is seeking a Compliance Training Coordinator for a Fintech client. This is a 6-month contract with a possibility of extension and conversion to a permanent position. The role is fully remote and involves managing compliance training plan execution within the Docebo LMS. Responsibilities include uploading and managing training content, creating learner profiles, configuring system notifications, troubleshooting technical issues, tracking course completion rates, proofreading training materials, providing technical support to learners, supporting the escalation process for delinquent training completions, maintaining policy repositories, coordinating document reviews, formatting policies, responding to employee inquiries, supporting monthly reporting, and providing project management support.
Must have:
  • 2+ years LMS experience

  • Advanced Google Suite proficiency
  • Data analysis expertise (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)

We’re looking to hire a ComplianceTraining Coordinator for a Fintech client. Teams are very collaborative and have a passion for creating cutting edge customer experiences.  

Our direct Fortune 500 client is looking for someone to join the Training team to manage compliance training plan execution within the Docebo LMS. This is a 6 – month contract + extension and possible convert to perm. The team is located in New York New York, and the role is fully remote. Onward Search provides benefits for 40 hour work week and weekly paychecks (W2) for duration of the contract.


Compliance Training Coordinator Responsibilities: 

  • Uploading and managing training content and materials.
  • Creating and maintaining learner assignment profiles.
  • Configuring system notifications and reminders.
  • Testing, deploying, and troubleshooting technical issues with courses.
  • Recording training completion, uploading attendance logs, and tracking course completion rates.
  • Proofread and ensure the quality of training materials.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to learners for Compliance eLearning courses.
  • Support the escalation process for delinquent training completions.
  • Maintain policy repository and documentation within the GRC system.   
  • Coordinating and tracking document reviews.
  • Formatting new policies and procedures for consistency and clarity.
  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and related processes.
  • Support monthly reporting activities, including creating and populating report templates and developing presentations.
  • Provide project management support to the team, including developing and maintaining project trackers, drafting meeting minutes, and updating program documentation.


ComplianceTraining Coordinator Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of experience with hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative or coordinator roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite applications, particularly:
  • Ability to create advanced, effective, and visually appealing presentations.
  • Expertise in data analysis using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high accuracy standards.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable asking clarifying questions.

  • *To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
