Project Manager (Commercial Pharma)

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Project Manager for a Lifescience agency client.

You’ll join the Marketing team to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables. This is a 6 month opportunity.The role is remote but prefer candidates who live on the East Coast or in the Midwest for travel and work efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
• Pharma Expertise: Collaborate with commercial teams to launch and manage pharmaceutical products, ensuring regulatory and industry standards are met.
• Omni-Channel Marketing: Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and social media, partnering with teams to drive customer engagement and brand growth.
• TSAs Management: Oversee the transition of service agreements, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer, operational continuity, and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project goals.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, providing regular status updates and performance reports to senior leadership.

Project Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s or PMP preferred).
• 5–7 years experience in commercial pharmaceutical project management, with expertise in omni-channel marketing and TSA transitions.
• Strong organizational skills, knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Trello, and Asana

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
