The Business Systems Administrator will lead the implementation and administration of our NetSuite ERP and UKG HRIS/Payroll systems. This role will serve as a key product owner responsible for engaging stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to define workflows, manage integrations, and oversee business processes. The ideal candidate will also handle vendor management, and system administration, and ensure the success of our business solutions across the organization.

Essential Job Functions

    • ERP & HRIS Implementation: Lead the deployment and integration of NetSuite ERP and UKG HRIS/Payroll systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, SMEs, and external vendors to gather requirements, define workflows, and ensure smooth system integration.
    • Systems Administration: Serve as the administrator for both the ERP and HRIS systems, overseeing system configurations, updates, and user management.
    • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring they deliver timely and effective solutions that meet our business needs.
    • Business Process Management: Work with various departments to identify and map key business processes, ensuring alignment with system functionality and integrations.
    • Training & Support: Provide ongoing support and training for system users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal system performance.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Data Management & Reporting: Oversee data governance within the ERP and HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and reliable reporting.

Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience managing ERP and/or HRIS systems, Mandatory NetSuite and preferred UKG.

International Touring Personnel
