Job Description
This position is to be filled at our Kronberg im Taunus location.
You will be responsible for general administrative tasks, provide support in personnel management and work on HR projects.
In this context, you will draw up employment contracts, contract amendments and other certificates.
You will be responsible for managing absences.
In addition, you will create, manage and maintain HR master data in our system.
You are also responsible for managing the company pension scheme.
You will act as an interface to other areas such as onboarding, offboarding, fleet management, etc. in preparatory payroll accounting.

Du übernimmst allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten, unterstützt bei der Personalbetreuung und arbeitest in HR-Projekten mit.
Im Rahmen dessen erstellst du Arbeitsverträge, Vertragsänderungen und sonstige Bescheinigungen.
Die Abwesenheitsverwaltung übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich.
Zudem legst du die Personalstammdaten in unserem System an, verwaltest und pflegst diese.
Ebenso bist du für die Verwaltung der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge zuständig.
Du fungierst in der vorbereitenden Lohnabrechnung als Schnittstelle zu anderen Bereichen wie Onboarding, Offboarding, Fleetmanagement, usw.
Qualifications
You have successfully completed a vocational commercial apprenticeship or comparable training and have several years of practical experience in personnel administration.
You have a good knowledge of payroll tax and social security law.
You are familiar with the processing of A1 certificates, earnings certificates and other certificates from payroll accounting.
Previous knowledge of contracts and payroll accounting is desirable.
The ability to work in a team, structured and independent work, as well as a talent for organization round off your profile.
You have a very good command of German and a good command of English.
Du hast eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringst mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Personaladministration mit.
Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht.
Die Bearbeitung von A1 Bescheinigungen, Verdienstbescheinigungen und andere Bescheinigungen aus der Lohnabrechnung sind dir bekannt.
Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Vertragswesen und Lohnabrechnung sind wünschenswert.
Teamfähigkeit, strukturiertes & eigenständiges Arbeiten, sowie ein Organisationstalent runden dein Profil ab.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
