Building Management and Infrastructure Supervisor

This role is a Supervisor for Building Management and Infrastructure at the Gigafactory in Berlin-Brandenburg. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and maintenance of building and infrastructure systems. This involves coordinating technicians across various trades (e.g., HVAC, carpentry, dry wall, painting), planning and assigning tasks, conducting regular inspections, developing maintenance plans and protocols, integrating plans into CMMS, collaborating with other departments, managing parts inventory, providing team leadership and training, and managing issue resolution. The successful candidate will ensure all work complies with German laws and regulations.
