Playtech‘s Bingo unit is looking for a Performance & Data Analyst with a strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Conduct analysis on business performance to provide reports & insight on B2B customers, content & product performance, and operational matters.
• Effectively construct and present findings to senior audiences/customers
• Take control of automated reporting and dashboard tools (e.g. PowerBI)
• Connect BI and operational/commercial teams, drive value through insightful data analysis
• Proactively improve data supply and processes through collaboration with wider teams to achieve our common data strategy.
• Be involved in BI/ Data projects including data-warehousing, reporting/ dashboard tool development, event stream analytics, metadata alignment and cleaning
• Take accuracy and attention to detail with utmost importance, constantly challenging, validating, monitoring, and improving quality
• Mentor and coach individuals within the BI team and across the wider organisation to improve knowledge of BI & Analytics, data literacy and insight relating to Bingo.

Components for success. You...

• Have a degree in a quantitative area (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science) and/ or proven knowledge and experience in this area (NB! It is not a pre-requisite! Professional qualifications/ skills test can be conducted)
• Have 5+ years of experience in analytics or being on a business intelligence role in a large scale and complex eCommerce
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and database technologies
• Experience with BI reporting / dashboarding / ETL tools
• Have gambling industry experience
• Have advanced statistical, applied maths, or financial modelling experience
• Have a proven track record delivering significant analytical/ data projects
• Work quickly with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, learning the intricacy of our business operations quickly
• Are great at communication and presenting in tricky circumstances to customers and internal stakeholders

Bingo is offering innovative and diverse digital products that meet the needs and wants of our customers and their end users. To help us launch our next generation of our product offering we’re in search of an experienced product manager to drive product and business-planning processes for key development initiatives. Our core product is comprehensive web based online bingo platform providing a wide variety of bingo games supplemented by content such as slot games and community features such as player to player chat facility. The product offering includes extensive back-office admin tools allowing our customers to customise the games they make available to the end users.
