Associate Producer – Global Player Support

Opportunity Overview:

Our client, a leader in the gaming industry, is looking for an Associate Producer to join their Global Player Support team. In this role, you’ll work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including Subject Matter Experts, operational teams, and product developers, to enhance the overall player experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in player or customer support and a passion for operational excellence. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across multiple locations, partners, and stakeholders to create and distribute internal content.
• Assess and improve operational and agent experiences based on measurable success metrics.
• Develop and maintain deep expertise in player support topics to provide strategic consultation to stakeholders.
• Monitor incidents and service degradations, ensuring Player Support operations and impacted players are represented to appropriate stakeholders for prioritization and product development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Player Support or Customer Support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to execute complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications:

• Agile project/product management certifications (e.g., CSPO, CSM, PMP).
• Analytical proficiency with a track record of making data-driven decisions.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, operations leadership, customer service leadership, or a similar role.
