Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) is the team behind the cloud. Within CO+I, the Global Project Controls (GPC) team is responsible for delivering core datacenter infrastructure for Microsoft’s cloud business. The MS portfolio consists of complex, multi-disciplinary, large scale, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects. We are looking for a passionate, high-energy individual to help build the cloud datacenters that power the world’s largest online services.
We are seeking an experienced Planning Standards and Governance Lead to join the Integrated Planning team within CO+I Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC). The successful candidate will be responsible for group process & policy management and maintenance, group auditing processes while also keeping these processes in line with EPC Center of Excellence standards document control systems, maintaining and managing the document control system and process of the team, and finally on/off boarding processes and processing.
The ideal candidate should have a high level of attention to detail, technical writing skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. The candidate should be highly collaborative, self-motivated, and have experience using and managing Microsoft SharePoint sites.
This role is located either in one or all hub locations: Atlanta, GA, Phoenix, AZ, Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX, or Washington, DC. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location. This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
