Job Description

Tesla seeks a Mobile Service Coordinator to enhance service operations in the Netherlands. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues via phone, escalating complex cases, scheduling appointments, optimizing routing for efficiency and customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with various teams (service centers, field teams, pre-diagnostic teams), handling parts/lease requests, providing customer flow updates, and reporting KPIs. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, experience with diverse systems, excellent organizational abilities, and effective communication. Fluency in English is mandatory; Dutch is a plus. Technical automotive understanding is preferred. The position may require occasional travel within the Netherlands and is based at any of Tesla's Service Centers there.

What You’ll Do
  • Solve Problems: Address customer concerns over the phone, escalate complex cases, and provide guidance to ensure a smooth resolution process
  • Coordinate and Optimize: Schedule, reschedule, and adjust appointments to improve efficiency, optimize routing, and enhance customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records in our systems
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with service centers, field teams, and pre-diagnostic teams to ensure seamless operations and consistent communication
  • Support and Report: Handle parts and lease requests, provide updates on customer flow, and confidently report on KPIs to drive team success
What You’ll Bring
  • A strong problem-solver with a natural ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Experience working with various systems and ensuring data accuracy
  • Proven expertise as a coordinator with excellent organizational skills
  • Comfort working with different teams and stakeholders, with a focus on collaboration and effective communication
  • Preferably, some technical understanding or experience in the automotive field
  • Fluent English (required); Dutch is a bonus
  • A good understanding of geography and travel logistics to optimize scheduling
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and manage escalations effectively
  • Legally permitted to work in the Netherlands
  • Valid driver's license (B)
