Those in proposal strategy at PwC will effectively communicate ideas, solutions and value propositions in a written format to potential clients or stakeholders. Working in this area, you will support the largest, most strategic opportunities at current or prospective clients by providing end-to-end professional pursuit coaching, pursuit and BXT (Business, Experience, Technology) sales methodology, professional pursuit coaching, bid management, bid evaluation and copy-editing support and advice.

  • Bid management and coordination support of Major Bids:
    • Bid process coordination from RFI submission to Winner Announcement.

    • Liaise with prospective clients regarding proposal development.

    • Project Coordination:

    Developing and managing project plans and keeping teams focussed to ensure key milestones are met.

    Liaise with various internal unit teams and act as a coordinator who ensures all administration documents needed are attached in proposal documents according to the key milestone. Updating all relevant parties if there’s any relevant update regarding the tender process.

  • Vendor record - eProcurement Management
    • Do research on what requirements are needed to register as a vendor.
    • Maintain and monitor status and information of PwC all client’s procurement system and update information in the system accordingly (normally update needed every 6 months).
  • Engage and collaborate with relevant departments/personnel (i.e. with Finance Central, Finance LoS, RM, Secretaries, GTS) to ensure the process is effective and consistent.
