Examples of the skills, knowledge, and experiences you need to lead and deliver value at this level include but are not limited to:
Bid process coordination from RFI submission to Winner Announcement.
Liaise with prospective clients regarding proposal development.
Project Coordination:
Developing and managing project plans and keeping teams focussed to ensure key milestones are met.
Liaise with various internal unit teams and act as a coordinator who ensures all administration documents needed are attached in proposal documents according to the key milestone. Updating all relevant parties if there’s any relevant update regarding the tender process.
Engage and collaborate with relevant departments/personnel (i.e. with Finance Central, Finance LoS, RM, Secretaries, GTS) to ensure the process is effective and consistent.
