The role involves managing SMB accounts within a defined territory, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, documenting client interactions, facilitating communication on customer issues, meeting sales objectives, assisting in developing go-to-market strategies, maintaining account and transaction records, building reports, utilizing a consultative selling approach, providing timely follow-up, and supporting both field and inside sales teams. The position requires foundational understanding of inside and outside sales concepts and practices.
